- Chicken roulade Stuffed with Brussel Sprouts

- Potatoes Au Gratin

- Lyonnaise Salad

- Cappuccino Soufflé with chocolate Sause

What to Expect:

• You will have a choice of hands-on participation or observation
• You will work in teams to create your culinary masterpieces
• Class & candlelight dining with light background music is 2 hrs 30 minutes long.
• Classes are limited to 10 students (or 5 couples)
• Bring your favorite wine to enjoy during dinner.
