Payment:
All classes and events must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the class or event start date will receive full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 14 days will receive 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel any class or event, in which case a full refund will be issued to all registered students.
Code of Conduct:
For the safety of our students, all 12 Kitchen Elves classes and events follow school rules and code of conduct. Students who chose not to follow our rules will be subject to disciplinary action and will not be allowed to participate in the class. Please note, there will be no refund issued for such incidents.
