Simple Meals series

This 4-week program specially designed for student who want to become more comfortable in the kitchen and learn how to prepare every meal independently. These series are appropriate for beginner and intermediate level chefs. All classes are hands-on and held under direct supervision and help from our instructor. During this course kids will perfect their skills and learn how to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and desert! Roll up your sleeves, Elves and let’s get cooking.
Week 1 - Breakfast
Homemade buttermilk pancakes with berry compote
Berry parfait with homemade granola
Week 2 - Lunch
Cream of potato soup or Minestroni soup (voted by students) and Salad with homemade dressing
Week 3 - Dinner
Baked herb fries and Roasted Chicken tenders (or roasted veggies for vegetarians) with homemade rolls
Week 4 - Dessert
Chocolate chip cookies and Apple banana muffins
To comply with social distancing requirements, our classes are currently limited to smaller number of participants (siblings from the same household can still sit together). All participants must wear masks or facial covering to enter the studio. Masks can be removed when seated at your workstation.
Attention Kitchen Elves:
- Please arrive 15 min prior to the start of the class
- All participants required to wear aprons and chef’s hat during the class (provided by us)
- Class is limited to 12 students
- Chefs with long hair (both male and female) need to wear hair pulled back
- Comfortable/closed toed shoes are mandatory; no flip-flops
- Water/Fruit infused water will be provided
